The intended allocation.
45% of each BUN deposit into the planned TreasurySplitter goes to the Strategic Reserve recipient. The reserve Safe can hold, move or deploy those assets, including backing future Mosh community launches, development, migrations and emergencies.
Returns from project-owned positions can be put back through the splitter and follow the same 45 / 30 / 20 / 5 allocation. No strategic positions or BUN balances exist in this V1 presentation.
Who controls it?
The project Safe has broad authority over Strategic Reserve assets. There is no reserve timelock, withdrawal cap, mandatory liquidity ratio or holder redemption right. Treasury assets are not collateral for BBC.
Post-graduation transparency will require verified contract addresses and position accounting. A displayed wallet balance alone would not value assets deployed elsewhere.
